Job summary

Sauder Woodworking Co. in Archbold, Ohio, is hiring for 1st shift packing positions. Start at $17/hour with potential raises at 6 and 12 months based on performance, up to $1.75 first-year increase. Shifts run 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with full benefits after 30 days and three weeks of vacation.

You will run and monitor production, perform computer interactions and maintain records, and keep the work area organized per 5S. Training is provided, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to cooperate with people of diverse backgrounds.

Pay & Shift Information

• 1st shift packing and assembly start at $17/hour
• Eligible for increases at 6 months and 12 months based on performance - up to $1.75 increase in first year
• 1st Shift Hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
