Job summary

Sauder Woodworking in Archbold, OH, is hiring a Cabinet Assembler for 1st shift. You will assemble cabinets, operate staple guns, routers, and related equipment, while keeping accurate records and maintaining 5S cleanliness.

No experience is required as extensive on-the-job training is provided; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected. Benefits include vacations, health savings, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement. Spanish accommodation is available.

• Perform quality inspections and minor repairs as needed.
• Document project and delivery records; label accurately.
• Perform computer interactions and maintain records.
• Maintain area according to 5S policy.

Sauder Woodworking has 1st shift openings as a Cabinet Assembler, supporting our Building Products business.

• Eligible for increases at 6 months and 12 months based on performance—up to $1.75 increase in first year
• 1st Shift Hours: 6 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Assembles all cabinets in product line with both speed and accuracy while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Operates necessary equipment including but not limited to; air powered staple guns, hot melt glue machines, routers, screw guns, etc.
• Maintains accuracy of materials.
• Performs quality inspections on product as directed and performs minor repairs/touch ups if applicable.
• Documents project and delivery records, labels accurately.
• Performs computer interactions and maintain records and documentation.
• Maintains area according to 5S policy.
