Job summary

Sauder Woodworking Co. is seeking forklift operators for 1st and 2nd shift in the Logistics/Order Fulfillment Department in Archbold, Ohio. You will process daily workload, load and stage shipments, and operate material handling equipment while maintaining safe practices.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and forklift certification (or be willing to obtain it). SAP transactions and Lean/5S participation are part of the role, with training available and potential career growth within

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain (company-sponsored certification provided).
• Ability to work 1st shift hours (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift hours (2:30 PM - 11 PM)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive, dependable attitude.
• Flexibility to cross-train across multiple driving roles and support other departmental needs.

Pay Summary

This role typically starts at $18/hour, with consideration for experience or returning team members. 2nd shift includes $2 shift premium. We also offer two performance-based increases in the first year.
