Job summary

Gotham Greens is seeking a Packhouse Lead to supervise and train Packhouse Production Assistants and Packhouse Machine Operators on packing procedures, quality standards, and safe handling of products at our facility in Davis, CA.

You will lead by example, maintain a positive, productive work environment, monitor productivity, coordinate with line backers, and ensure timely production schedules and proper sanitation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and training skills.
• Experience coordinating production lines and packaging operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Packhouse Production Assistants and Packhouse Machine Operators.
• Ensure packing procedures, quality standards, and safe handling of products.
• Maintain proper cleaning and sanitation of packhouse equipment and workstations.
• Monitor for productivity and drive performance to meet targets.
• Escalate safety or quality concerns to the Supervisor as needed.
• Coordinate with Harvest/QC Lead and Packhouse Supervisor to plan break schedules and daily workflows.
