Job summary

Gotham Greens is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Rhode Island greenhouse and packhouse. You will guide hourly staff, coordinate labor, materials, and equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production to meet customer needs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifts, keep accurate records, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressively responsible production or related operations experience.
• Experience leading hourly employees and supervising teams.
• Experience with food-safety, GMP, sanitation, and traceability in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production and Packhouse operations and translate plan into hourly tasks.
• Manage staffing, assignments, and progress to meet the production plan.
• Monitor quality, safety, and sanitation; escalate issues promptly.
