The role emphasizes coaching, adherence to GMPs, and close collaboration with the Greenhouse Supervisor to meet crop schedules and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily greenhouse operations and lead Production Assistants and Machine Operators.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure GMPs, food safety policies, and workplace safety are followed.
• Maintain logs and documents for growth, sanitation, and transfers.
• Coordinate with Greenhouse Supervisor on production flow and equipment issues.
