Eaton is seeking a Packer-Split Shift at our Dallas, TX facility. Core hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with possible overtime. The job offers benefits starting day one and a base hourly rate of $18.00.

Responsibilities include packing orders in Parcel/Pack Center/ Flex Center, verifying counts with RF scanners, and labeling shipments. 90-day introductory period applies; strong safety and quality focus required.

Formación

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Minimum 6 Months experience with Forklift/ Cherry picker /Reach Truck.

Responsabilidades

• Pack orders in Parcel, Pack Center, and Flex Center Pack Out Stations using the Flagship system.
• Verify counts, pack materials, and affix packing lists and labels.
• Resolve discrepancies to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain safety and quality, and stand for extended periods.
