Eaton's ES AMER MFGSC division in Dallas, TX is seeking a Material Handler-Split Shift. The role runs 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. with potential overtime, at an hourly rate of $20.00. New hires enter a 90‑day introductory period to address safety, conduct, attendance, quality, and productivity, followed by evaluation.

Responsibilities include material movement in the distribution center, packing/shipping, and using RF scanners. Benefits begin day one, including retirement and educational assistance.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months experience with standup forklift or similar equipment.
• Ability to unload, restock, pick, and pack materials with accuracy.
• Must meet safety, attendance, and productivity standards during 90‑day intro.

Responsabilidades

• Retrieve and move materials using picking processes and RF scanners.
• Unload pallets in Receiving and stage materials for warehouse locations.
• Verify styles and quantities, place in shipping cartons and label accordingly.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure orders are accurate.
• Maintain safe work practices and adapt to overtime as needed.
