Eaton Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Packer-Split Shift to pack orders in our Parcel, Pack Center, and Flex Center Pack Out Stations using our Flagship system. The role operates Monday–Friday with potential overtime; starting at $18.00 per hour.

New hires enter a 90-day introductory period focusing on safety, conduct, attendance, quality, and productivity, after which performance is reviewed for continued employment. Eaton offers comprehensive health and retirement benefits and more.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Minimum 6 months experience with Forklift/ Cherry picker /Reach Truck.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize packing slips to generate and print move tickers, break down materials, sort styles, verify counts, and restock warehouse locations using RF scanners.
• Verify styles and quantities of picked materials, visually inspect products, scan and place them in shipping cartons. Add packing material to prevent damage, and place packing lists, content labels, and shipping labels as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies. Research all possible solutions to ensure order is accurate.
• Maintain quality workmanship, observe safety procedures, report unsafe acts, and perform work of equal of lower classification if necessary.
