Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Material Handler on a split shift at its Dallas, TX facility. The role pays $20.00 per hour with core hours 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Overtime may be mandatory. Benefits include day-one eligibility and additional programs such as retirement and educational assistance. The Material Handler will move materials in the distribution center, perform receiving, restocking, picking, packing and shipping to enable timely customer order processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience with two or more of the following: Standup forklift, Reach truck, order picker, or cherry picker.
• No relocation benefits; within 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX is required.
• Eaton does not offer visa sponsorship for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Move material through the distribution center by receiving, restocking, picking, packing and shipping to fulfill orders.
• Unload and stage pallets; use packing slips to generate move tickets and restock locations using RF scanners.
• Verify styles/quantities, inspect products, and place in shipping cartons with proper labels.
• Resolve discrepancies and research solutions to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity; follow 90-day introductory period requirements.
