Job summary

Eaton Group in Dallas, TX is hiring a Packer – Decon for 1st shift. Core hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime may be required. The position pays $18.00 per hour with benefits starting day one.

The role supports deconsolidation operations, prepares work areas and trailers, and provides documentation for the third-shift team. You may assist with container unloading and collaborate across departments to maintain efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift/Cherry picker/Reach truck experience with certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support deconsolidation operations and ensure a smooth shift handoff.
• Prepare work areas, trailers, and documentation for the third-shift team.
• Assist with unloading containers and handling materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per safety standards.
• Flex between Decon and other departments based on business needs.
