Job summary

Foster Poultry Farms is hiring for General Labor roles in our production areas, including Fryer Grader, Packer, Sanitation Worker, and Supply Attendant. You will work closely with supervisors and processing team members to ensure accurate operations and high-quality products.

This role requires standing on wet floors, lifting up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work weekends and overtime. Training on GMP, safety and food safety will be provided; forklift or PPE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Observe stick bar assemblies and report broken sticks.
• Remove B-grade product and manage conveyance to the bin/condemned area.
• Pack frozen items and inspect product quality.
• Maintain clean, sanitary production areas.
• Operate forklift and/or pallet jack safely.
