Job summary

Foster Poultry Farms seeks a General Labor teammate to support Fryer Grader, Packer, Sanitation, and Supply Attendant roles on a fast‑paced production line. You will work with supervisors and teammates to ensure safe, accurate processing and high-quality products for customers in a cold, wet environment.

Responsibilities include observation, counting, inspection, packaging, and sanitation, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and adherence to GMP and USDA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
• Must stand for up to 10 hours on wet concrete.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Observe stick bar assemblies and monitor for broken sticks.
• Notify Fryer Operator when broken sticks are observed.
• Count broken sticks with handheld counter.
• Pack the appropriate number of frozen corndogs and inspect product quality.
• Maintain good housekeeping and sanitary conditions on the production floor.
• Inspect product for quality and compliance with standards.
