Job summary

Foster Poultry Farms is seeking motivated General Labor team members to support our production lines across the processing floor. Roles include Fryer Grader, Packer, Sanitation, and Supply Attendant, working closely with supervisors and team members to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will follow GMP and USDA requirements, maintain safety and cleanliness, and perform duties as assigned across shifts, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating pallet jacks or

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours on a wet concrete floor.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Observe stick bars and notify fryer operator of any broken sticks.
• Count broken sticks using a handheld counter and monitor through the process.
• Remove B-grade product and ensure proper transfer to the freezer.
• Pack frozen corndogs into boxes using proper equipment and inspect product quality.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitary conditions on the production floor.
• Inspect product for quality and notify leadership of abnormalities.
