Job summary

Foster Poultry Farms is seeking dedicated individuals for broad entry-level roles within our production environment. The team supports Fryer Grader, Packer, Sanitation, and Supply Attendant functions, collaborating with supervisors and peers to ensure accurate processing and high-quality products.

Positions emphasize safety, compliance with USDA standards, and flexible scheduling, including weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent.
Must read and write English.
Basic math skills.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Must submit and pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to communicate with all levels including management.
Must wear company provided PPE.

Responsibilities

Fryer Grader - Broken Stick Observation: Observe stick bar assemblies as they rotate and monitor for broken pieces.
Fryer Grader - Post Fryer/Pre-Freezer: Remove B-grade product and ensure proper transfer to freezer.
Packer: Pack frozen corndogs in boxes and inspect product for grading.
Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and meet USDA requirements.
Product Inspector: Visually and physically inspect product for quality and compliance.
Stacker: Stack cases on pallets using proper patterns and operate pallet jack.
Supply Attendant: Maintain PPE supplies and keep PPE areas orderly.
