Job summary

Blue Robotics is seeking a Packer to join our production team in Torrance to package components for underwater vehicles, thrusters, sensors, and enclosures. You will follow packaging procedures to ensure accurate labeling and timely completion of manufacturing orders, with hands-on training and clear feedback to help you fly solo within a few months.

We value reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable using basic tools (screwdriver, drill, tape gun, etc.).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately package and label products to meet quality standards.
• Complete manufacturing orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed notes on each job when necessary.
• Report scrap and waste.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of products and proactively identify and report any issues.
• Maintain an orderly workstation.
• Report low stock and trigger re-orders.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Communicate product or packaging issues as they arise.
• Complete other tasks as needed from time to time
