Job summary

West Marine is seeking a Crew Member to stack, organize, and prepare outgoing products for shipment. You will ensure accuracy and quality from the warehouse to customers, following safety protocols.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed. Previous warehouse exposure and RF scanner familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stacking and palletizing outbound shipments safely and accurately.
• Prepare pallets for shipment, labeling and organizing per order requirements.
• Operate pallet jacks and common warehouse equipment; inspect for issues.
• Ensure correct items and counts before loading; report discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with safety protocols.
