Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a local manufacturing client in El Paso, TX to offer an entry-level manufacturing opportunity. This role provides valuable hands-on experience and a path for growth in a stable, team-oriented environment.

As an Entry-Level Manufacturing Worker, you will support daily production operations, unload coils from extrusion lines, assist during line start-ups, and help maintain quality according to clear instructions. Training is provided and multiple shifts are available.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Unload and process plastic coils or reels from extrusion lines.
• Assist technicians and shift leads during line start-ups.
• Verify product quality by interpreting basic test results to distinguish good product from scrap.

WhatYou’llDo:

Requirements:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

Pay Details: $10.75 to $14.00 per hour
