MI Windows and Doors is seeking Packers to join our MI Profiles team inMillersburg, PA. This is a rotating 2 on 2 off, night shift opportunity starting at 7pm – 7am with possible mandatory overtime as required. The Packer position starting pay is: $21 per hour plus a $2 Shift differential. You must have one plus year of relevant experience in Packaging, Assembly and/or Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

Why work at MITER? The Packer Assembly Worker is responsible for a multitude of functions within their specific department. Some key functions include: Ensure the following commitments are met and improved upon: On-Time Delivery, Damages, and Units per Employee Hour, Safety, and Housekeeping, • Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures. Reflects MITER Quality Pillars: Safety Integrity Continuous Improvement Creativity Profitable Partnerships Working in the warehouse does require prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling - as well as hand dexterity and strength. May be required to frequently lift up to 75 pounds. Work is performed in a warehouse facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions. One year of similar work experience in Packaging, Assembly, Manufacturing, and/or Warehouse Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure Experience with hand and power tools Compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition/subtraction Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted.

Pay & Hours

The Packer position starting pay is: $21 per hour plus a $2 Shift differential. This is a rotating 2 on 2 off, night shift opportunity starting at 7pm – 7am with possible mandatory overtime as required.
