Hours are 7:00AM-3:30PM (OT/ Weekends likely).

Summary:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Packer is responsible for processing the highest quality of fresh fish to fulfill customer orders. Additionally, this individual is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up work area
• Arrange packing materials
• Make boxes
• Process product on designated machines (places fish on container, putting sticker, and placing product into shipping boxes)
• Place processed product into transport containers and then into transport cart and move it to the packing station
• When completed, the Production Supervisor will instruct the next assignment
• Production Supervisor will also give instructions as to the specification of the product
• Cleaning and Sanitizing (if instructed by Production Supervisor)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year factory-related experience preferred.

Work Environment:

Work performed in a refrigerated/cold environment.

Standing for long hours.
