Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable Picker/Packers to join our Gardner, MA production team. You will help ensure customers receive high-quality products by accurately counting, inspecting, and packaging orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, verifying counts and weights, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Previous manufacturing or packing experience is a plus. This is a stable, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to understand written and verbal English instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and reliability.
• Manufacturing or packing experience is a plus.
