The Production Packer is responsible for proficiently packing bags into boxes as they are produced and ensuring quality standards are being met, which meet/exceed customer expectations in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient manner. Collaborate with team members to develop efficient strategies on the production floor.

What You Bring To The Table

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Dedication to consistent attendance.
• Ability and willingness to follow food safety and manufacturing protocols.
• Ability to understand English and perform basic math functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• 10-hour work shifts Monday through Thursday
• Night shift: 8:10 pm to 6:30 am
• No weekends!
