Job summary

ST VINCENT DE PAUL ENTERPRISES LLC in Baltimore is seeking an organized Food Packing Associate to prepare ready-to-eat meals for daily routes and assist with loading deliveries. You will keep the packing area clean and orderly while ensuring accurate counts and timely service.

Responsibilities

• Pack ready-to-eat foods based on daily count sheets for each customer site and route.

• Assist with deliveries when necessary as determined by Operations Manager.
• Follow all food safety standards as determined by Baltimore City Health Department.

SUMMARYPack all ready to eat food items for delivery based on assigned routes and daily service numbers for morning and afternoon delivery sites. Organize and arrange packed food items in correct order at drive stations in packing area. Assist drivers with loading trucks as needed. Maintain communication with Lead Driver, Operations Manager and Culinary Management to avoid operations problems.PRIMARY DUTIESMaintain organized and clean work space in the food packing and surrounding areas.Assists driver with the loading the truck.
