• Inventory organization, rotation, and fulfillment of requisition orders from cooks.
• Assists driver with loading and unloading the truck and with deliveries when necessary.
• Storage of delivered items after they have been checked in.
• Attends meetings and events related to St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore.

SUMMARYResponsible for carrying out basic food preparation tasks and ensuring that chefs have everything they need Keeping the kitchen clean and following strict hygiene and health and safety rules. Completes all assignments made by the cook or Business Manager.PRIMARY DUTIESMaintains order and cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas.Responsible includes the back dock and dumpster areas; areas should be kept free from debris at all times.Keep all coolers clean and organize. Located and in proper covered container.Responsible for inventory organization, rotation, and fulfillment of requisition orders from cooks.Sweep and clean walk-in floor and dry storage area.Assists driver with the loading and unloading the truck.
