Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Packaging Workflow Project Lead in the United States (Atlanta area) to oversee end-to-end packaging graphics workflows. You will partner with Marketing, Design, Legal/SRA, and Supply Chain teams to drive speed-to-market, governance, and quality via technology-enabled workflows.

You will lead platform configurations in Adobe Workfront and Esko Web Center, manage milestones and proofs, and ensure compliance with brand standards and legal requirements

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Project Management, packaging graphics, Marketing Operations, workflow management, or creative/production operations.
• Understanding of packaging development workflows, including prepress, color management, and print production processes.
• Experience with workflow design and administration in Workfront, Esko Web Center, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with automation, AI tools, digital proofing, or workflow integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Lead responsible for overseeing packaging graphics workflows in Adobe Workfront and Esko Web Center, serving as a platform expert.
• Partner with Sr. Managers to influence system configurations, templates, and reporting for stability and performance.
• Manage routine workflow operations: track milestones, draft briefs, secure approvals, and coordinate proofs.
• Monitor quality standards for branded packaging and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and design integrity requirements.
• Utilize workflow optimizations including AI-enabled features to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support packaging briefing excellence and translate brand strategy into workflow inputs.
• Ensure packaging workflows and assets meet compliance, including trademark integrity and brand consistency, with approvals documented.
