Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Packaging Workflow Project Lead to optimize the end-to-end packaging graphics workflow for the North America Operating Unit. You will partner with Marketing, Design, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure speed-to-market, governance, and quality across packaging projects.

You’ll lead platform workflows in Adobe Workfront and Esko Web Center, drive process improvements, and leverage AI-enabled checks to improve accuracy and compliance while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project management, packaging graphics, Marketing Operations, workflow management, or creative/production operations.
• Experience with Workfront, Esko Web Center, or similar workflow tools.
• Familiarity with automation, AI tools, digital proofing, or workflow integrations is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging graphics workflows in Adobe Workfront and Esko Web Center as platform expert.
• Influence system configurations, templates, and reporting for stability and performance.
• Manage routine workflow operations: track milestones, draft briefs, secure approvals, coordinate proofs.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with legal and design integrity.
• Leverage AI-enabled features to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate brand strategy into workflows.
• Prepare operational insights and reports for governance and risk reviews.
