Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Packaging Workflow Project Lead in Atlanta to drive the end-to-end packaging graphics workflow for the North America Operating Unit. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to ensure speed-to-market, governance, and quality compliance through technology-enabled packaging workflows.

In this role you’ll partner with Marketing, Design, Legal, and Supply Chain to optimize workflows in Adobe Workfront and Esko Web Center, monitor milestones, and deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, packaging graphics, Marketing Operations, workflow management, or creative/production operations.
• Understanding of packaging development workflows, including prepress, color management, and print production processes.
• Experience with workflow design and administration in Workfront, Esko Web Center, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging graphics workflows in Adobe Workfront and Esko Web Center, serving as a platform expert.
• Manage routine workflow operations, including tracking milestones, drafting briefs, securing approvals, and coordinating proofs for projects.
• Monitor quality standards for branded packaging and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and design integrity requirements.
• Utilize workflow optimizations, including AI-enabled features, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support packaging briefing excellence and ensure accurate translation of brand strategy into workflow inputs.
• Ensure all packaging workflows and assets meet compliance requirements and that approvals are documented in Workfront or Esko Web Center.
• Support governance routines, such as pipeline reviews and risk assessments, by preparing operational insights and reports.
