The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Manager, Packaging Development to lead the creation of new packaging concepts. You will leverage packaging trends, technical research, and external partners to move ideas from concept to pilot and market introduction.

You will manage a cross-functional team, build business cases, and scale technologies while focusing on cost, sustainability, and supply chain integration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
• 5–10 years in Packaging Development within the CPG/beverage sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of packaging trends and technical research methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with design agencies, consultants, universities and suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving and creative mindset.
• Experience in global packaging networks and re-application of ideas.
• Sponsorship not offered; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and create new packaging solutions leveraging trends and consumer insights.
• Lead end-to-end packaging development projects from concept through pilot to market introduction.
• Manage budgets and guide cross-functional teams across internal and external partners.
• Coordinate with external partners such as design agencies, consultants, universities, and suppliers.
• Scale new technology into viable, cost-effective packaging propositions.
