Job summary

American Crystal Sugar Company seeks a Packaging/Warehouse Superintendent to oversee packaging, warehousing, and shipping for Moorhead operations. You will lead safety, QA, and audits while driving efficient, compliant processes across multiple shifts year-round.

The role requires an engineering/technical degree with 5–8 years in industry or food manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in an industrial or food manufacturing setting.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic plans and changing priorities.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a positive workplace culture in packaging/warehouse and shipping functions.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMPs, and OSHA; coordinate audits and corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance, inventory accuracy, and budgeting for packaging/warehouse operations.
• Plan and execute packaging/warehousing activities to meet production and sales plans.
• Coordinate with labs and accounting for inventory reconciliations and reporting.
