Job summary

American Crystal Sugar Company in Moorhead seeks a Packaging/Warehouse Superintendent who will plan and direct efficient packaging, warehousing and shipping of sugar and co-products, while upholding food safety, quality, and safety standards. The role oversees maintenance of packaging and warehousing equipment, staff, and processes to meet sales expectations.

• Requires engineering or technical degree and supervisory ability.
• 5–8 years of industrial or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; knowledge of control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct packaging, warehousing and shipping operations across shifts.
• Uphold food safety, quality assurance and GMP/SQF compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with production planning and logistics.
