The Crystal Sugar Company Moorhead, MN plant is seeking a Packaging Tech Lead on dayshift. This role supervises the Packaging Tech Program, leads and trains a 100+ person team, and covers for Packaging/Warehouse Supervisors as needed.

You will manage line operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and deliver daily production reports to management. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of supervisory experience in process manufacturing, a background in high-speed packaging, and strong

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Background in high-speed packaging line operations, bulk storage, and packaging preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety, quality assurance and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a positive work culture aligned with Company Values.
• Oversee the Packaging Tech Program for Moorhead facility.
• Fill in for Packaging/Warehouse Assistant Supervisors as needed.
• Prepare Morning Report on production output, equipment status, and staffing.
• Coordinate line changes and manage daily activities of the day shift.
