Key duties include onboarding, tracking progress, ensuring documentation, coordinating training, and reporting to upper management. 2–5 years supervisory experience in process manufacturing is desired, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Background in high-speed packaging line operations, bulk storage, and packaging desired.
• Technical background in engineering, electronic controls, or maintenance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for the Packaging Tech Program.
• Create tracking structures for trainee progress.
• Ensure documentation for each module and train staff on the program.
• Monitor progress and develop individual training plans.
• Coordinate courses with Corporate Training for advancement.
• Prepare presentations reporting program status to management.
• Know-how of Moorhead's 7 packaging lines and bulk sugar loading operations.
• Fill in for Packaging/Warehouse Assistant Supervisors as needed.
