Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Scottsbluff packaging operation. You will own the maintenance strategy for packaging assets, lead Autonomous Maintenance, and drive TPM culture on the floor with technicians and shift leads.

This role focuses on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement with no travel. You will manage preventive, predictive, and the corrective work, mentor staff, and collaborate across Maintenance, Quality, and Procurement to improve uptime and product

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory leadership experience in maintenance, packaging, or a comparable production environment.
• Hands-on TPM experience and ability to drive improvements in packaging operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, LOTO, machine guarding, and safety practices.
• Experience implementing or sustaining autonomous maintenance and OEE improvement.
• Ability to work across shifts, weekends, and occasional emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly maintenance planning and scheduling for all packaging equipment.
• Balance preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance with production needs.
• Prioritize backlog by risk, criticality, and uptime impact.
• Coordinate downtime and ensure parts, tools, and procedures are ready.
• Lead packaging TPM program and autonomous maintenance.
• Train operators on cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
• Own packaging-line OEE and address breakdowns and losses.
• Lead root cause analyses using 5‑Why and Ishikawa methods.
• Develop PM procedures, checklists, SOPs, and handoff processes.
• Supervise packaging maintenance technicians and shift leads.
• Use SQDC metrics and gemba walks to drive accountability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Operations, and Procurement.
• Maintain GMP compliance and safety standards.
