Jobot in Scottsbluff, NE seeks a Packaging Supervisor to lead packaging operations on site. You will drive SQDC results, coach frontline teams, and sustain SOPs while fostering a safety‑first culture and continuous improvement across production lines.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, GMP compliance, and collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, and Procurement to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in packaging, food manufacturing, warehousing, or similar production environments.
• Experience leading packaging and warehouse operations with lean practices.
• Strong coaching and development of frontline employees and shift leads.
• Proven ability to improve safety, quality, productivity, and waste metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging shift teams to improve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Coach on‑the‑floor coaching 80%+ of the time on production floors.
• Develop and sustain SOPs and best practices; train staff accordingly.
• Drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Procurement, Quality and Operations.
• Ensure GMP compliance and audit readiness.
