Job summary

LeoForce in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, seeks a Senior Maintenance Leader to own the packaging maintenance strategy and reliability. You will lead the TPM program, emphasize Autonomous Maintenance, and work hands-on with technicians and operators on the floor.

Requires 2+ years of supervisory maintenance experience and strong TPM/OEE knowledge. The role focuses on safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a sugar/beet processing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory leadership experience in maintenance or packaging environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing or sustaining a Total Productive Maintenance program.
• Experience with Autonomous Maintenance and OEE improvement.
• Strong working knowledge of packaging equipment and common failure modes.
• Experience planning and scheduling preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly maintenance planning and scheduling for all packaging equipment.
• Balance preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities with production requirements.
• Prioritize the maintenance backlog based on equipment risk and uptime impact.
• Coordinate planned downtime and ensure parts, tools, and procedures are ready before work begins.
• Lead TPM program initiatives, including Autonomous Maintenance and CIL checklists.
• Train operators on cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
• Own packaging-line OEE and address breakdowns, setup losses, and defects.
• Lead root cause analysis using 5-Why, fishbone, Ishikawa, and A3 methods.
• Develop and standardize PM procedures, SOPs, and shift-handoff processes.
• Supervise and develop maintenance technicians and shift leads.
• Utilize SQDC metrics and gemba walks to drive accountability.
• Maintain GMP, LOTO, machine guarding, and safety compliance.
