Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science with 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with internship or thesis in Engineering/Science.
• Experience in laboratory testing environments, method validation, troubleshooting, calibration oversight, or related activities preferred.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document package testing and validation activities for sterile/non-sterile packaging systems.
• Develop, validate, and improve test methods, protocols, and lab processes.
• Lead or support equipment qualification and method validation activities to ensure compliance.
• Drive laboratory process improvements, automation, and data analytics initiatives.
• Coordinate with external testing suppliers and provide technical direction to technicians.
