Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and 8+ years of packaging engineering or related field.
• Experience leading complex packaging development projects in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing packaging validation strategies and technical documentation (design requirements, validation plans, reports).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for packaging and labeling initiatives across development, manufacturing, and operations.
• Lead the design, development, validation, and commercialization of medical device packaging systems and components.
• Establish and execute technical standards and best practices for packaging engineering.
• Mentor packaging engineers and drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
