Job summary

Pictsweet Company is seeking a Packaging Technician to join the Repack maintenance team in a fast-paced food packaging environment. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing packaging lines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC controls to ensure optimal production and quality.

Experience with Fanuc robots and Pictsweet equipment is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work collaboratively with plant staff, and a commitment to safety and continuous

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.
• Practical understanding of mechanical operations and controls.
• Experience in high-speed production environments preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and GMP/HACCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair packaging equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Improve production by reducing downtime and optimizing packaging lines.
• Ensure safe work environment following company safety plans and policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors and operators to maximize equipment performance.
• Document maintenance records and reports.
