Job summary

Baxter in Skaneateles, NY, is seeking a Packaging Associate to support the production of life-sustaining medical devices. You will package cuffs and finished products, ensure accuracy, safety and compliance with quality standards before reaching customers.

No manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training provided. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to read instructions are essential. Weekend and shift schedule included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and other finished products according to work instructions.
• Label and prepare components for shipment with protection and completeness.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets for shipping and storage.
• Maintain inventory levels by replenishing materials and components.
• Report inventory discrepancies, material shortages, and quality concerns to Team Leaders.
• Inspect products and materials for defects, damage, or nonconforming conditions.
