Job summary

Salm is seeking a hands-on team member to support Case Pack equipment setup and ongoing maintenance in a fast-paced production environment. You will troubleshoot line equipment, assist new Partners, and ensure products meet quality standards.

Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail are required for a safe, efficient operation. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to safety and sanitation practices, and collaboration with QA and leadership to resolve issues and improve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read specifications.
• Good attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Able to communicate effectively with team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set up Case Pack equipment per specs and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Case Erectors, Box Tapers, and Label applicators.
• Communicate mechanical issues to Leadership and Maintenance.
• Help new Partners learn setup, troubleshooting, and upkeep.
• Identify non-conforming product and pull for rework or disposal.
• Log and re-enter rejected product into the system and QA loop.
