Ideation is seeking a Packing Associate to help move finished products from the line to storage with safety and quality in mind. You'll learn packaging processes, assist with setup, and operate conveyors and packaging equipment as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedule and support packaging lines.
• Operate and assist with packaging equipment, conveyors, and pallet jacks.
• Inspect products for defects, verify labels, and ensure quality.
• Record downtime, waste, and production completion as required.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
