The Clorox Company is seeking a Packaging Technical Process Operator in Amherst, VA. The role operates and maintains high-speed packaging equipment, performs changeovers, and troubleshoots process/equipment issues to ensure quality and efficiency. You will monitor conditions, enter data, and support safety and housekeeping standards.

Starting wage is $24.30/hour with a $1.50 shift differential. Shift rotation is 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM, on-site, with opportunities to contribute to safety,

Formación

• One year manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to understand instructions and work procedures; problem solve and plan own work.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, for up to 7 consecutive days.

Responsabilidades

• Frequently perform required quality checks on finished products.
• Process scrap materials and troubleshoot equipment/process failures.
• Perform routine mechanical and maintenance tasks; changeover and setup of packaging equipment.
• Enter quality and production data into computer systems.
• Operate packaging equipment and stack finished goods onto pallets.
• Maintain and update equipment and production performance metrics.
