Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate in New Castle, PA to properly package materials and finished products. You will load, move materials, and operate packaging equipment while following GMPs to ensure product quality.

This role requires basic math and computer skills, adherence to safety policies, and teamwork. Training is provided, and overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Loads and moves materials and packages products according to customer specs.
• Inspects bottles during production, packaging, and labeling for quality.
• Restocks packaging materials and maintains clean, organized workstations.
• Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
