Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate in Verona, Pennsylvania. You will load, move materials, operate packaging equipment, and ensure GMP compliance. Duties include monitoring lines, clearing jams, inspecting bottles, and maintaining clean work areas.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and training within 90 days of hire. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.

• Prefer High School diploma or GED; completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates teamwork with others to operate packaging equipment.
• Keeps work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Inspect bottles for quality during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging according to customer requirements.
