Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Proficiency with SAP, IQS, MII, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, forklifts).
• Perform changeovers and address issues to keep packaging flowing.
• Inspect labeling, alignment, and packaging; palletize and manage inventory in SAP.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and food safety policies.
• Complete basic production paperwork; report issues to supervisors; participate in 5S.
