Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Packer to inspect, package, and palletize products while meeting strict quality standards. This role requires using power/hand tools, reading procedures, and maintaining a safe workspace on a full-time basis in the United States.

Overtime may be required to meet production goals. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, managing supplies, and coordinating with supervision to address issues.

Qualifications

• Use hand tools to package products.
• Read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet delivery requirements.
• Willing and available to work overtime to reach goals.

Responsibilities

• Run power/air tool for packaging product.
• Identify and inspect product to proper boxes and pallets.
• Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Maintain supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
• Communicate with supervisor about potential issues.
• Ensure safety measures to protect personnel and property.
• Contribute to team by delivering quality and timely results.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.
