Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Packer responsible for inspecting, wrapping, and packing products to meet quality standards. You will operate power and air tools, package items into correct boxes and pallets, and maintain clean, safe work areas.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour workweek (Mon–Thu) with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $19–$22 per hour, plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to identify that product meets quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Detail oriented to guarantee production of high quality products.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Willing and available to work overtime to reach goals.
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate power/air tool for packaging tasks.
• Identify and inspect product for proper boxing and palletizing.
• Keep equipment operational by performing preventive maintenance.
• Manage supplies inventory and place orders for supplies.
• Daily communication with supervisor regarding potential issues.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and rules.
• Ensure safety measures are followed to protect personnel and company property.
• Contribute to team effort by delivering quality and timely results.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.
