Job summary

HP Hood is seeking a packaging operator to safely and efficiently package quality products. You will operate and clean high-speed filling machines, document required records, and follow all GMP and safety guidelines.

The role requires teamwork, ability to multi-task, and the flexibility to adapt to production schedules. Overtime may be necessary; join a company with a long history and strong brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reading and writing proficiency in English required; ability to identify colors.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Multi-tasked individual; able to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean high-speed filling machines following GMPs and HP Hood requirements.
• Perform tasks related to packaging operations and sanitation.
• Complete paperwork according to government regulations and company policies.
• Follow safety policies and participate in cross-training to improve efficiency.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and peers to meet production quotas.
