HP Hood is seeking a dependable packaging operator to safely and efficiently run filling equipment and maintain production standards. The role emphasizes adherence to good manufacturing practices, accuracy in paperwork, and teamwork within the production line.

The candidate should be able to work 2:00pm–10:30pm with Wednesdays and Sundays off, and be prepared for overtime to support business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean filling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep accurate production records and paperwork as required.
• Meet production quotas while following GMPs and safety policies.
• Adapt to changing production schedules and overtime as needed.
