Job summary

HP Hood is seeking a motivated packer to safely and efficiently package quality products on a fast-paced line, adhering to HP Hood standards. The role involves operating filling equipment, completing required paperwork, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The shift runs 5:00am–1:30pm with potential overtime; starting pay is $23.42/hour, with a range up to $25.34/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reading and writing proficiency in English and ability to identify colors.
• Basic math skills and strong teamwork abilities.
• Good communication and multitasking capability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean filling equipment and maintain GMP standards.
• Run and sanitize multiple high-speed filling machines on a production line.
• Complete paperwork per government regulations and HP Hood requirements.
• Follow safety policies and JHA requirements; participate in cross-training.
• Meet production quotas and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
